Mr. DS Kulkarni has gone beyond the vision of an Indian developer. He is single handedly dreaming about creating the city of the quality of Dubai’s infrastructure. Architect for the project Mr. Samir Daoud from Diar Consult has prior experience of such projects in Dubai.
The city is imagined and envisioned from the heart. A lot of thinking and belief has gone to the the project planning. Once complete, there is no doubt that the city will be ranked in one of the best in not just India but even globally.
However, there are a certain negative features to the project. Please note that all these are our personal views and only meant for consulting our internal close network of real estate investors.

Why one should invest?

- Existing commitment from DSK to the area with international school campus and sports academy.
- One of the select world class township projects to be planned in Pune
Why one should stay away at this point?
- Note that the residences on offer are located far off the main activity area. These are termed as Waterfront Residences Parcel One. So if you already put in an investment here, you will not be able to avail prime areas which will be launched in the future.
- The time horizon for the entire project completion can be 8-12 years.
- The pricing for the project is already quite premium. 1BHK goes upto Rs. 74 lacs (As of June 2014) while 2 BHK goes upto Rs. 1.2 crores (As of June 2014). Remember, these are not the prime locations. They are at one corner and far away from prime spaces and main activity area.
- The project of this magnitude is going to need huge commitment on financial front. Looking at current world/India economy, project completion time can be one of the concerns. There might be major delays.
